Return & Refund Policy
At Dolce Jewellery, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are here to help.
Return Eligibility
– You have 48 hours from the delivery date to return an item for a refund or exchange.
– Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
– Personalized, engraved, or custom-made jewellery cannot be returned unless it arrives damaged or defective.
Non-returnable items
– Earrings (for hygiene reasons).
– Gift cards and any promotional items received as part of a promotion or special offer.
– Sale or clearance items are final sale and can only be returned if damaged upon arrival.
Return Process
- To process a return please contact our customer service team at dolcejewellery4u@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and details of the items you wish to return.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return address.
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
- Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it. If the item meets the return criteria, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Refunds
– Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (i.e., the card used at the time of purchase).
– Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or defective item.
– International transaction fees charged by your card provider are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for another product or a different size, please follow the returns procedure. Once the return is processed, you can place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at dolcejewellery4u@gmail.com with a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
