Return & Refund Policy

At Dolce Jewellery, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are here to help.

 

Return Eligibility

– You have 48 hours from the delivery date to return an item for a refund or exchange.

– Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

– Personalized, engraved, or custom-made jewellery cannot be returned unless it arrives damaged or defective.

 

Non-returnable items

– Earrings (for hygiene reasons).

– Gift cards and any promotional items received as part of a promotion or special offer.

– Sale or clearance items are final sale and can only be returned if damaged upon arrival.

 

Return Process

  1. To process a return please contact our customer service team at dolcejewellery4u@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and details of the items you wish to return.
  2. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return address.
  3. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
  4. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it. If the item meets the return criteria, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

 

Refunds

– Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (i.e., the card used at the time of purchase).

– Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or defective item.

– International transaction fees charged by your card provider are non-refundable.

 

 Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for another product or a different size, please follow the returns procedure. Once the return is processed, you can place a new order for the desired item.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at dolcejewellery4u@gmail.com with a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
